Sessions run 11.5 hours each. Slot #1 runs from AM7:00 to 18:30 (GMT+9).
Slot#2 runs from 19:00 to AM6:30 (+9 GMT). For more information on converting to

Reservations are held for 24 hours in which time payment must be made.
Payment can be made via Paypal, Westernunion, Wire Transfer
Payment must be received before scheduled session.
Refunds for session cancellations will not be given.
but if we experience a hardware failure and cannot get you back to operational within a short amount of time
or we have a problem with our local Internet link you will be rescheduled for another day at no charge
CCIECERT offers 24 hour support for all our racks. All support issues while accessing the rack should be
